A Vanderbilt Alumni Hall Micro Wedding | Laura + Dane

Where do I even begin with this day? You couldn’t have asked for more perfect June weather than the day that Laura and Dane celebrated their wedding reception at Vanderbilt Alumni Hall. When I tell you these two had the most amazing style, I mean it! It makes sense though since they both work at a California beauty company. So why have their reception in Nashville you might ask? Well, Nashville is where Dane and Laura first met. It’s where they fell in love and it’s a great middle ground for all of their family and friends to attend the bash of the year and celebrate their marriage.

Laura and Dane eloped in Vegas last year but knew they wanted to see family and friends to celebrate their new life together. They reached out to Dream Events & Catering who planned the entire thing. I am absolutely obsessed with the black-tie look of the entire event. I could have shared a million photos from their micro wedding but I knew that I really wanted to showcase their incredible style and their effortless posing. I struggle to say that I even posed these two together because they were just absolute naturals in front of the camera. Their love for each other was infectious and I love knowing that these photos will be used to remember this day for a lifetime.

Laura and Dane, thank you, from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to photograph your day. Thank you for accepting me into just a small part of your lives together and for throwing such an incredible celebration. My only regret is that I didn’t get to be a part of your Vegas elopement because it looked EPIC! I hope your day in Nashville was just as special as that day in Vegas and that the legacy of these photos and your love will live on for you to enjoy for years to come.
