(Maybe I’m even your wedding photographer?)
Not a huge surprise for a wedding photographer, right? I’ve always had a soft spot for movies where everyone lives happily ever after (bonus if there’s a wedding scene involved).
So when I got serious about becoming a photographer, my career path was clear. It was the right choice, because after nearly 15 years as a wedding photographer in Nashville (my adopted hometown), I still sometimes think to myself, “I can’t believe I get to do this for a living.”
As much as I love flowers, cake, and gorgeous wedding attire, there’s something else I believe...
MEANS MORE THAN YOUR WEDDING
YOUR MARRIAGE
But the main reason I’m there is to preserve this chapter of your story. To capture how you look at each other, the joy on your faces as you walk back down the aisle as newlyweds, the future that you’re embarking on together.
P.S. I’m a newlywed myself, so consider me “future you,” here to tell you that a) married life is great and b) you’re going to want to relive every second of your day in your photos, because it’s over before you know it.
What you’ll carry with you for the rest of your life isn’t the color of your napkins or the name of your signature cocktail. It’s your love for one another, and the commitment you made to each other as you took your vows.
As your photographer, of course I’ll document the aesthetic details (I love a flatlay as much as the next girl).

A low-key afternoon at the beach
A nice glass of Italian red, or maybe French champagne
Cuddle time with my three-year-old
Harry Potter (I’m a Hufflepuff all the way)
A piping-hot grilled cheese sandwich
Wedding photographs that capture every detail of what it was like to be the two of you, deeply in love.
