While Brandon is a very talented man, he has never really been able to master the art of surprise. He is the type of person that if he has a Christmas present picked out, wrapped all nice and neat, he’ll make you open it at Thanksgiving, just because he can’t wait to see the look on your face when you open it up. However, I can truly say that the day he proposed was the best (and only) surprise he has ever been able to pull off.
My 21st birthday was coming up, and Brandon said he wanted to do something extra special this year. So, he invited my best friend to come along with us for a wine tasting and tour at Beachaven Winery. Little did I know, Brandon had been planning to propose that day for several months. As we were strolling through the vineyard, he got down on one knee and popped the question. Naturally, I said yes!
Being engaged to the most wonderful man in the world has been fantastic. We have been together almost six years now, and I am so excited to marry him in just a few short months!
