Behind the Scenes of my Promo Video-Family and Personal Interview

Last weekend was SO much fun. It was super hot but I’m so glad I got to work with the D’Alimonte family and got to complete my personal interview. Everything turned out so much better than I could have ever dreamed and the footage from the video looks amazing! I can’t wait to complete Part 2 of the sessions and get the entire video cut together. Part two has been postponed a little because of scheduling so the video won’t go live until September but all good things come to those who wait…

While you wait check out the fun behind the scenes photos Haley took while we worked and be sure to check out Aidyn and Knox. They are quite possibly the cutest and most fun little boys I have ever photographed. They were troopers out in the heat and tall grass. They ran around and laughed which is just what I love to photograph. They were little boys for sure and I loved getting to be silly and laugh with them. Also be sure to check out Jessica and Matt….total model potential. These two are clearly madly in love and were a blast to photograph!

There are also a couple photos of the behind the scenes of my personal interview. That was definitely a weird experience for me being in front of the camera instead of behind it. Calen made me feel comfortable though while he filmed and there are total bloopers. I’m thinking about having a bloopers reel made because I know I was hilariously awkward and completely out of my comfort zone. While I felt super awkward in front of the camera, it felt really good to step out of my comfort zone and take direction from someone else. I’m so used to giving my clients directions to make them look their absolute best in photos so being on the other side of that was a great learning experience.
