I had such a blast at this newborn workshop with a small group of photographers. It was the first time I had met any of them even though I’ve known them through Facebook for a while and man was I nervous. Most of them are like mega pros when it comes to newborn photography so I was definitely intimidated. I am just now getting into newborn photography sessions and while I love it and love capturing the love of two people who just became parents for the first, second, even third or more time, it is not an easy task. Posing this tiny little baby into crazy positions while trying not to wake them up is a daunting task. I am still working on my newborn photography portfolio and would love to keep doing it. Maybe after a few more I’ll know if it’s my place or not.
Anyways, I had such a great time learning with these women and could not be happier with how these images turned out. The baby was so peaceful and sleepy (something that almost never happens when I’m alone with my own newborn client). I got some great images and can’t wait until our next workshop where I can learn more! I hope you all love the images and don’t forget to book your own session!
