What an absolutely amazing opportunity! I was referred to Best Buddies at MTSU by another great photographer and I could not be happier that I had this opportunity. The mission of Best Buddies Tennessee is to establish a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and development disabilities. This is such a great program for college youths to make friends and develop relationships in their college and community.
I was able to photograph their formals before the Best Buddies Tennessee Prom held here in Nashville, TN at the Bridgestone Arena. Everyone I photographed was so friendly and they all looked amazing! I am so glad I got to be apart of this and hope I get to do it again sometime soon.
